Cancellation Policy
How to Cancel
To cancel our services, please submit your request in writing. Your cancellation will be processed within five (5) business days. You may be eligible for a refund for services not yet rendered after the cancellation date, according to our refund policy.
Cancellation Terms
- No refunds will be provided for completed milestones.
- Cancellations during an in-progress milestone may qualify for a 25% refund of that milestone’s cost.

Partial Refunds
If you’ve paid in advance for services, you may qualify for a refund of the unused portion. To be eligible, your cancellation request must adhere to the notice period specified above.
Cancellations After Project Initiation
If you cancel after work has begun but before completion, you will be charged for all work completed through the cancellation date. Any payments exceeding this amount will be refunded.
Refund Eligibility
At Energy Pages LLC, we are committed to delivering quality results according to agreed terms. If you’re unsatisfied with our services, you may request a refund after completing our dispute resolution process. Eligibility depends on service type and conditions in your service agreement.
